Included in the price:

• A prepaid phone card with 5Lt of traffic included

• The cost of the telephone's callings during our research for the flat.

• The costs for all our movements to/from the flats whom we'll see (bus tickets, taxi, cars)

• The written translation from Lithuanian to English of your contract of rent.

• The accompaniment to the apartment from the bus station.

• The possibility to check our database and get the contacts of the people who are looking for a flat in Vilnius right now as you.

• A 20/24h availability for any questions or problems.

• An assistant who speaks your language and who will follow you step by step along the bureaucractic procedures until the final signature of the rent's contract.

• The interpreter between the owner and you.

Not included in the price are:

• The cost of the rent-contract, which depends on the m2 of the apartment and the notary service,  anyway you are inform of the cost for it, at a time when you 'll decide to take the apartment.

• The TRANSFER from the airport to the central station. Neverthless we offer a personal service pick-up at the airport with our own private car, which costs only 50Lt (14 €) no matter how many people you are. A taxi from the airport will cost 70Lt up.

Cost for the service "Searching home" for erasmus students:

350Lt (14€ for month) for person for one semester
600Lt (14€ for month) for person for two semesters.

100Lt  if the period of permanence is less than a month
200Lt  if the period of permanence is less than 3 months
500Lt  if the period of permanence is without term.
