How it works:
Simple. Send your request filling the applicaion-form on the home page, pay attenion to the notes which facilitate the compilation and specifying:
- The number of people of your group.
- The type of apartment you want.
- The disrict in which you want to live.
- How much are you available to pay as maximum for the rent.
Step 1: Once we received your request, you ll be contacted by our stuff and you ll recive an assistent who speaks your language (Italian Spanish, French or English) . This assistent will provide you with all the competence and the help you need.
Step 2: Once we got "the go-ahead", we'll start looking for your apartment according to your parameters. Once identified the flats, we will send photos or videos of its made by us, as well as our personal opinion.
Step 3: In case you will not like any of those suggested by us, we will search again new flats until you 'll be satisfied.In case there 'll be one who you like, we will immediately contact the landlord to arrange all the official documentation and the lease contract tranlated in English.
Step 4: At this point you 'll have to send the deposit to the owner to reserve the apartment. In this case, you will receive an official document of reservation in which the landlord declare to have received your money and that the keys will be given the day of your coming in Vilnius.
Step 5: The day of your arrival, you will be personally accompanied by one of us directly to the apartment. You will get a Sim phone card with 5lt of credit included. Then we will follow you step by step during the bureucratic iter. All that you have to know will be translated and explained to let you be perfectly independent and able to interact with the landlord in the following future, even if he does not understand English.
Step 6: You ll have pay us for our service and we ll record a video as reference for our future customers.
